Refund and Return Policy

At BMR Travees India LLP, we strive to provide the best travel experience and services to our customers. However, we understand that plans may change and unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and returns will be processed for bookings and services purchased through our platform.

Please read this policy carefully before making any bookings with us.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

If you wish to cancel a booking or service, the following conditions will apply:

Domestic Tours

  • Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: 80% refund of the total amount.
  • Cancellation between 15 and 29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total amount.
  • Cancellation 14 days or less before departure: No refund.

International Tours

  • Cancellation 60 days or more before departure: 90% refund of the total amount.
  • Cancellation between 30 and 59 days before departure: 50% refund of the total amount.
  • Cancellation 29 days or less before departure: No refund.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Flights, hotel bookings, and transfers once confirmed.
  • Special event or festival packages.
  • Visas or any other administrative fees.

These services will be clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation by BMR Travees India LLP

In case we need to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, safety concerns, or insufficient participation), we will offer you the following options:

  • A full refund of the amount paid.
  • The option to rebook the same or a similar tour for a later date.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the booking. Please note the following refund processing times:

  • Credit/Debit Card payments: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Bank Transfers: Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days.
  • Cash or Other Payments: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

5. Changes to Bookings

If you need to modify your booking (e.g., changing travel dates, upgrading services), please contact us at least 15 days before the departure date. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, subject to availability and any applicable fees.

6. No Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your tour, or any part of the tour, without prior notification, you will not be eligible for any refund. Please ensure timely communication to avoid such scenarios.

7. Exclusions

This Refund and Return Policy does not cover any incidental expenses (such as visas, vaccinations, or personal equipment) incurred by the traveler due to the cancellation of a tour or service.
